I bring 30+ years of executive-level corporate business experience, including growing my organization to millions of dollars in sales and managing hundreds of staff and volunteers.
I began my career as a founding member of the Philadelphia TLA (Theater of the Living Arts) Entertainment Group. Over the next several decades I:
- Expanded TLA to two movie theatres and seven award-winning stores on the east coast
- Operated 29 international film festivals, distributing films in both the United States and the United Kingdom
- Generated $16 million annually with over 250 employees in the US and the UK
I served as CFO and COO and directed all aspects of the business, including business planning, staffing and training, systems development, contract negotiation, retail and online business management, and business expansion and growth.
From there, I was a founder and executive committee member of the Philadelphia Film Festival board of directors and one of the founding members of the Philadelphia Cinema Alliance.
But my business success did not feel like enough.
I felt the urge to start giving more. I wanted to share my success story with people around me, so they could achieve the same.
2014 was the year when I finally started doing what my heart had been craving for so long. I decided to apply my successful corporate background and leadership skills to help others. I wanted to be there for others, to help them write success stories. I became a certified leadership and business coach and began working with clients to set goals, determine priorities, and plan strategies.
In addition to my work at We Empower Leaders, I am a sought-after keynote speaker, author, and thought leader in the Philadelphia area and beyond.
I am committed to the continuing success of my clients, many of whom have used my services happily for several years. Combining my background in operations, HR and strategic planning with my training as a coach, I am able to help my clients on a wide variety of issues, opportunities and challenges. I am also a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach.
