Claire Brown Kohler is a coach, strategic consultant, and leadership trainer focused on helping businesses and individuals achieve more, earn more, and produce more. As the president and founder of We Empower Leaders, she brings 30+ years of executive-level corporate business experience, including growing her organization to millions of dollars in sales and managing hundreds of staff and volunteers.

Bringing Success and Significance to the C-Suite
Claire began her career as a founding member of the Philadelphia TLA (Theater of the Living Arts) Entertainment Group. Over the next several decades she:
- Expanded TLA to two movie theaters and seven award-winning stores on the east coast
- Operated 29 international film festivals, distributing films in both the United States and the United Kingdom
- Generated $16 million annually with over 250 employees in the US and the UK
Claire served as CFO and COO and directed all aspects of the business, including business planning, staffing and training, systems development, contract negotiation, retail and online business management, and business expansion and growth.
From there, Claire was a founder and executive committee member of the Philadelphia Film Festival board of directors and one of the founding members of the Philadelphia Cinema Alliance.
Throughout these endeavors, she maintained a reputation as a sought-after internal resource, mentoring and coaching employees to achieve their personal and professional goals.

In 2014, Claire decided to apply her successful corporate background and leadership skills toward helping others. She became a certified leadership and business coach and speaker, and began working with clients to set goals, determine priorities, and plan strategies — with measurable results.
Many of her clients are business owners looking to take their business to the next level or struggling with challenges and change. Others are seeking more efficient processes to balance their personal and professional lives. Claire empowers these leaders by teaching more effective leadership skills, creating short- and long-term goals and the action steps to achieve them, and looks at their business with a fresh perspective based on her vast experience.
